Richard worked with Alder King in Bristol, before joining Parrys Commercial as a Consultant in 2006. Richard gained experience in Investment and Development sales and acquisitions. More recently the market focus has shifted toward occupational agency which Richard has embraced as part of his portfolio alongside Landlord and Tenant, and Valuation work.
