Steven Roberts joined Parrys Commercial as a Director in March 2011 providing specialist landlord and tenant, agency and valuation skills across Wales and the south-west of England. Steven started his property career in local authority property before transferring to the private sector and has been practising in the South Wales & South West property market for over 15 years with King Sturge Alder King and Bruton Knowles. He has advised clients such as Watkins Property Group, Sisters of St. Josephs, Coop, Boots, Orange, Sapphire Retail Fund (Queens Arcade, Cardiff), Prudential , Llanarth Estates, University of Glamorgan, Johnsey Estates, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Teesland IOG (Valad), London & Lothian and a number of commercial banks.
